The opinion for draft-Law on Associations and Foundations (LAF) contains introductory information on the freedom of association in Republic of Macedonia and the harmonization of the draft law with the international conventions and best practices as well as general assessment of the draft law, accompanied with an overview of the improvements expected from the draft law. The final part refers to the necessary changes to be made to this draft law.
